Step 2: Ask your caseworker to refer you to Furniture Bank.
You MUST receive a referral from your caseworker in order to access our services.
A member of our team will contact you following your approved referral with an appointment date and time.

Step 3: come to the warehouse on your appointment date and time.
Furniture Bank is located at 340 Legget Drive, door 53, Kanata. A volunteer will greet you and answer any questions.

Step 4: Choose your gently used furniture
We will charge a delivery fee to be paid in advance of your appointment - some referral agencies may cover this cost.
Curbside delivery is off-loaded as close to your building as the delivery truck can legally park. You are responsible for moving items into your home once off-loaded from the truck.
Indoor delivery is taken into the entrance of your home.
We can only deliver furniture on specific days and times, typically the day after your appointment.
